2. Definitions

• "Platform" refers to the Emarmo marketplace, including the CMS and storefront applications.
• "User" refers to any individual or entity that registers on the platform as a Seller or Inspector.
• "Seller" refers to a user who lists and sells marble and natural stone products through the platform.
• "Inspector" refers to a user who provides inspection and quality assurance services for products on the platform.

3. Account Registration

To use the platform, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Seller Obligations

• Sellers must provide accurate product descriptions, pricing, and availability information.
• Sellers are responsible for fulfilling orders in a timely manner and in accordance with the agreed-upon terms.
• Sellers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to their products and business operations.
• Sellers must maintain valid trade licenses and KYC documentation as required by the platform.

5. Inspector Obligations

• Inspectors must provide accurate and unbiased inspection reports.
• Inspectors must maintain professional standards and adhere to the inspection guidelines provided by the platform.
• Inspectors must not have any undisclosed conflicts of interest with the parties involved in a transaction.

6. Payments and Fees

The platform may charge fees for its services. All applicable fees will be disclosed before a transaction is completed. Sellers and Inspectors agree to the fee structure as outlined in their respective agreements with the platform.

7. Disputes and Resolution

In the event of a dispute between parties, the platform provides a dispute resolution process. Users agree to participate in good faith in any dispute resolution proceedings initiated through the platform.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the platform are owned by Emarmo or its licensors. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Emarmo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the platform.

10. Termination

Emarmo reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at its sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

Emarmo reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
